This Privacy Policy explains how Faroya Studio ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information when you use our website or hire us for a project.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to do good work for you:
- Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, company, message, project budget).
- Booking details you submit when scheduling a call (handled by Cal.com under their privacy policy).
- Anonymous analytics — page views, referrers, browser type. No third-party tracking cookies are used by default.
2. How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, deliver the work, send invoices, and keep you updated on the project. Nothing else. We don't sell your data.
3. Third-party tools
We use trusted vendors to run the studio. Each handles your data under their own policies:
- Formspree — receives form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Cal.com — handles call scheduling.
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts this site and provides standard server logs.
- GitHub — stores our content + code.
- Paystack — processes payments for active engagements.
4. Cookies
This site does not set any tracking cookies by default. Embedded tools (e.g. the Cal.com iframe) may set their own cookies once you interact with them.
5. Data retention
Project files and correspondence are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months for legal and accounting purposes, then deleted on request.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your personal data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Email hello@faroyastudio.com.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
